Triage nurse in training

Are you in possession of a level 4 healthcare diploma? Then apply here for the position of Triage Nurse in Training.
As a triage nurse in training, you are the first point of contact for patients and doctors. You answer various requests for help from patients by telephone and you determine their urgency. On the basis of protocols and NHG standards, you give advice and take action. You will work at our triage post within a team of general practitioners, triage nurses (in training) and drivers.

Job requirements
- You have excellent social and communication skills and you are stress resistant and flexible in terms of work and working hours
- You have at least a completed MBO education at level 4 (doctor’s assistant or nurse A)
- Preferably you have some experience as a doctor’s assistant in a general practice, GP post or hospital outpatient clinic
- You are willing to follow the mandatory training to become a triage nurse. This training takes 1 – 1.5 years
- You are willing to work according to a schedule in the evening, night and weekend hours
- Working with automated systems is no problem for you at all
Our offer

You work in a team with short lines of communication to the general practitioners. We appreciate personal input and continuously provide (additional) training. The triage training is mandatory and paid for by us. Because of the working hours, you have plenty of time for yourself during the day and this job can easily be combined with another part-time position or with caring for children. Salary according to the Collective Labor Agreement for General Practitioner Care. For working outside office hours, you will receive an allowance of up to 50%. We start with a contract for 10 hours per week, but expansion in the near future is possible.
