Recruiter (16-24 hours per week)

The HR team is responsible for developing and implementing the personnel policy and social policy. The Recruiter plays an important role in the growth, development and continuation of the organization by identifying, engaging and activating the right talents on the labor market. This position is new within the organization and as an expert you manage, support and execute the recruitment campaigns in the broadest sense of the word. You are active on social media and secure the entire recruitment channel with the aim of achieving a good balance between the quantitative and qualitative staffing of the organization. You work closely with the healthcare manager, communications employee and team leader education and training.

The recruiter has tasks in the following areas:

  • Mapping the right talents on the labor market.
  • Establishing and maintaining connections with partners (including Sigra), aimed at recruitment and selection.
  • To digitize the recruitment and selection process more and make it more sustainable.
  • Creating awareness as an attractive employer in new areas.
  • Advising the organization, solicited and unsolicited, in the field of recruitment and selection, and captivating and retaining professionals.

This is you:

  • Completed HBO Education, appropriate to the professional field;
  • At least 2 years of work experience as a recruiter;
  • Solid vision on managing and activating talent pools and approaching the relevant target groups in a proactive and structured way
  • Experience with strategic and tactical recruitment in combination with employment communication and marketing.
  • An eye for and interest in new developments in the labor market.
  • A discussion partner who is able to take the organization along in the change in terms of talent approach and sustainable employability of employees.
  • An active network that can be used.
  • A great colleague, knowledgeable, driven and focused on cooperation;  
  • Socially skilled, organizational and communicatively strong.
