Your GP and your pharmacy can share your medical data with other healthcare providers. That way you don’t have to tell your story to another doctor or pharmacy again. This saves valuable time and prevents possible errors. Sharing your medical data is done via the National Exchange Point (LSP). This is a safe and reliable system. Your medical data is not stored centrally. They are stored on the computers of your GP and pharmacy.
