Who are we?<\/strong>
Huisartsenposten Amsterdam (HpA) is a dynamic organization that is responsible for high-quality GP care in the evening, at night and on weekends. To this end, five GP posts have been set up and a central telephone triage post. We are an ambitious healthcare institution with more than 500 general practitioners. <\/strong>They are assisted by more than 150 doctor’s assistants, triage nurses, triage nurses in training, student\/triage nurses and front office staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for<\/strong>
We invite fourth- and fifth-year medical students<\/strong> with a bachelor’s degree to apply. We provide a short-term but careful training and induction program after which you can immediately start working independently. If you are available on weekday evenings from 4.45 pm and see yourself as one of our new Junior Triage Nurses for our telephone triage post in the center of Amsterdam, then apply!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

What do you do as a prospective junior triagist?<\/strong>
As a Junior Triage Nurse <\/em>, you assess requests for help from patients by telephone and process them in the automated system.\u00a0You will work on our telephone triage post in a team and under the supervision and responsibility of the directive doctor on duty (general practitioner). The work is experienced as dynamic, educational, responsible and grateful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Combination with other study obligations<\/strong>
This position involves contracts for a limited number of hours (at least 4 hours per week) on weekday evenings and weekends, so that you can combine the work with your study obligations. Ideal! When you start working, you will receive a mandatory internal training of a number of half-days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
