Both healthcare organizations focus on the wishes and needs of patients. Patient safety, good quality of care and the patient perspective are of paramount importance.<br>The client council (CR) is an independent body that focuses on the general interest of patients (and visitors)&nbsp;of the HpA and the general practitioners affiliated with the ROHA. According to the Participation of Clients of Healthcare Institutions Act (Wmcz 2018), the CR is authorised to provide solicited and unsolicited advice on the (intended) policy of the organisations. The CR strives for employee participation that concerns direct care to the patient and improves the quality thereof.
